We'll summarise, diarise, and organise your emails — set up once and leave the rest to us.
The whole journey
You get your family's 123 Organiser email
Generated automatically the moment you sign up — unique to your family, and never assigned to another 123 Organiser account.
You give it to your child's school, nursery, club, or home-schooling group
As an additional contact, alongside your own email — the same way you might add a grandparent or childminder. They don't need a new system or login, just to add one extra contact email.
A school email arrives at your 123 Organiser
A newsletter, a permission slip, a change of pickup time — whatever they'd normally send you.
We pull out what matters
Dates, times, deadlines, meetings, payments and things you need to do — just the useful information, so your diary stays a diary, not a second inbox.
It's organised, diarised, and you're messaged
Important dates and actions are added automatically, and we'll message you when something new arrives. Daily reminders and your Sunday summary help keep track of what's ahead. Keep it as its own dedicated diary just for your children's activities, or sync it with your usual calendar.
72 hours later, our copy of the email is deleted
We automatically delete our copy of the original email and attachments after 72 hours, protecting your data. The useful information in your diary stays; your own original email remains untouched, since the school's sending to you directly, not instead of you.
What 123 Organiser looks for
123 Organiser looks for the useful parts of an email — dates, times, locations, deadlines, payments and anything you need to do. It can also pick up relevant information from attached PDFs and images.
A permission slip due back, a parents' evening moved to 6pm, or a trip payment due next month — that's the information we extract, summarise and organise for you.
What we keep — and what we don't
Kept: the useful information needed to organise you — such as the event or action, date, time, location, deadline and relevant reminder details — for as long as you keep your account, so your diary keeps working next term and the term after.
Not kept: our copy of the original email and its attachments beyond the 72-hour window. There's no searchable archive of your correspondence sitting in 123 Organiser — but your own personal email, still registered with the school throughout, is completely untouched, so it's always there if you want to look something up yourself.
Your inbox stays private
We don't connect to your personal email account and we don't ask for your email password. We can't browse your inbox.
Only mail sent to your family's 123 Organiser email — by the school, nursery, or club you've given it to as an extra contact, or pasted in yourself — ever reaches us.
No inbox access. No email password. No software to install.
123 Organiser works in your browser on phone, tablet or computer.
