School emails become messages and diary entries
You get your family's own 123 Organiser email address. Give it to your child's school alongside your own email — they just add it as one extra contact, nothing else changes on their end.
123 Organiser pulls out the useful information, summarises it, adds important dates and actions to your diary, and sends you a message. A Sunday summary and a same-day Daily reminder mean you never have to go digging through old emails to remember what's coming up. See exactly how it works →
Completely normal, and fully supported. You still only get one 123 Organiser email for the whole family — give the same one to every school or club. When it's time to actually send it to each place, we generate a separate, correctly-worded message for each one, naming only the child (or children) who go there, so you're never sending a school an email that mentions a different school by mistake.
No — anywhere that emails you updates about your child works. Nurseries, breakfast and after-school clubs, sports clubs, Scouts and Guides, holiday clubs: give them the same 123 Organiser email and their emails get picked up exactly the same way. There's no "which school" step or approved list to be on — the email just works for whoever you give it to.
It covers home-schooling just as well — co-ops, tutors, resource groups, exam centres, whatever your week actually involves. Give each one the same email and it all lands in the same diary, alongside anything from a traditional school.
The signup form asks for a "school" and a "year group" for each child, since that's what fits most families — but both are free text, so if you're adding a club or a home-schooling group rather than a school, just type its name, and use "Other" for the year-group field if none of the school-year options fit.
It's for your children's activities specifically, though — school, nursery, clubs, and home-schooling. It isn't a general-purpose inbox for personal or work email, and we'd ask you not to send anything else to it.
No. 123 Organiser only receives emails sent to it by whoever you've given it to — the school, nursery, or club — we never see anything else in your inbox, and there's no login we could use to browse it even if we wanted to.
No app store download needed — it runs from your phone's browser, and notifications work the same way once you turn them on at signup.
Yes — invite other parents or guardians to your account, and they verify with their own phone and email, separately from you. As many as you like, all covered in the same plan, so both parents — or a grandparent, childminder, or anyone else helping out — can see and add to the same diary.
Yes. Add a link once and everything in your 123 Organiser diary shows up in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any app that can subscribe to a calendar feed. It's one-way — your 123 Organiser diary stays the master copy — but you'll see it alongside everything else you've already got. Or just keep it as its own dedicated diary; either way works, and you can switch any time from Account.
You can start free — no card required. The paid plan is fully uncapped from £2.99/month, with an ad-free option available too. Both include a 14-day free trial and can be paid monthly or yearly.
Think of your family's 123 Organiser email as an extra recipient — like a childminder or grandparent — except this one reads the email for you instead of a person.
Occasionally, yes. 123 Organiser is reading real-world emails and attachments, so it can sometimes misread a date or miss something that isn't clearly written.
It's designed to organise the useful information in your emails, not replace the original. For anything particularly important — or detailed documents such as consent forms or policies — you should still check the original. Your original remains in your own inbox so you can always refer back to it.
Yes. Open any diary entry and edit it directly — the date, time, details, or anything else. However it got there, it's your diary entry once it's in, so it's always yours to fix.
Our copy of the original email and its attachments is automatically deleted after 72 hours. That's a fixed rule, not a setting, and it isn't extended for any reason, including if you raise a support query about it. Your own original remains untouched in your own inbox, since the school's sending to you as well as us, not instead of you.
We keep the useful information needed for 123 Organiser to work — such as the summary, event or action, date, time, location, deadline, and reminder details. We don't keep your original emails as a searchable archive, and none of it is ever shared with your child's school or used to advertise to you — see our Privacy Policy for the handful of specialist processors (email delivery, hosting, and the like) we rely on just to run the service.
Yes. Share your referral code (found under Account once you've signed up). If they use it for a paid plan, they'll get 30 days free instead of 14. Once they become a paying customer, you get a free month too.
Cancel from your account at any time. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. If you're in your free trial and cancel before it ends, you won't be charged at all.
It's kept for a short window afterwards in case you change your mind and want to restart exactly where you left off. After that, it's permanently deleted.
